Our Mission is "to provide high quality, affordable housing and services with care and expertise which empowers our customers and meets their needs." 

After holding a strategy day for board and staff, we are finalising our values. These will be updated when the Business Plan is approved. 

Our current values are :

  • Putting Customers First: We will endeavour to always put our customers first by delivering responsive high-quality services that focus on individual and collective needs

Our 3 year business plan is currently being reviewed and updated. We will update our values in March / April 2025 when the Management Committee approve the our reviewed plan.
