The Association has a wide range of accommodation throughout the communities of Rutherglen and Cambuslang ranging from tenement flats to new build detached houses. Some examples are illustrated below.
We operate a needs based allocations system and points are awarded for various criteria such as being homeless, lack of security, overcrowding and lacking basic amenities. If you are successful in getting a tenancy from the Association you will sign a Scottish Secure Tenancy which is the standard tenancy for all social housing in Scotland.
