Our AGM was held on 9 September 2025 and attended by almost 25% of our shareholders and just before the AGM kicked off we had a sit down Fish Tea which was enjoyed by all.
Our External Auditor reported on the annual financial statements and attendees were updated on the past years activities. The minutes of the AGM and SGM held last year were approved, and most importantly we elected 3 new board members, bringing the total number on the Governing Body to 14.
Three lucky shareholders won vouchers totalling £150 - well done to them.
