The Association is committed to providing a first class repairs and maintenance service to our tenants and sharing owners. This section contains details of our reactive repairs service and has the facility to report a repair online. It also contains details of our planned an cyclical maintenance programme which includes kitchen and bathroom replacements and common painting contracts. It also covers our right to repair policy in he event of our service not meeting your expectations.
