Mutual Exchanges

The Association offers a mutual exchange service for tenants who wish to swop their property with another Housing Association tenant or a tenant of another landlord. A list of current properties offered for exchange is kept in the Associations office. This will also be published on our website around the end of April 2010 and will be updated regularly. A copy of our mutual exchange policy is available to download in our Housing Management Policies section of the web site.
