OUR ANNUAL REPORT
Every year the Association submits data on its performance to the Scottish Housing Regulator who uses the information to assess how it is performing in key service areas when compared against other social housing providers in Scotland.
This year’s report shows that the Association continues to perform well in many of the key areas of service and has, in some improved our performance. However, we recognise that there are some other areas where our performance has slipped or does not compare well against our peer group. These are highlighted in the report and, where appropriate, we give an explanation and the actions the Association will be taking to address these and improve our performance.
