Introduction

The Housing Services offered by the Association covers a wide area of responsibility for the Housing Management team. Staff have responsibility and manage the process from the point someone applies for a house, through the initial allocation of a tenancy, to rent account management, estate/property management and ultimately the process of concluding the tenancy.

Throughout this process, Housing Management staff endeavour to provide an excellent service to our tenants/customers and are committed to continually try to improve the standards of customer service and deliver greater efficiency in our working practices.

As a tenant or customer you can play an important role in this process by providing feedback and comments on our levels of service, policies, procedures etc. This website should help to provide you with valuable information on our services and we would welcome any feedback or comments that you have to assist us in this process.
