Tenants Satisfaction Survey

The association collects many statistics on its performance but one of the most important statistics is how our tenants view our performance. We therefore employ independent consultants from time to time to ask tenants views and such a survey was carried out in March 2007. The survey did not only cover our performance but also asked tenants what they thought of their neighbourhood and services provided by others. As with all statistics we collect we compare these with the performance of other landlords in our peer group and, as the table below demonstrates we compare very favourably with our peer group; The key findings of our 2007 tenant satisfaction survey were as follows;
